Kwik Sew 3419

After the jeans and the new coat, I need a few quick and easy projects.  So knit tops here I come!  Usually, for Christmas I get some new clothes, I did this year but it was workout clothes and a pair of new boots.  My closet needs some help for the rest of winter, plus I am just getting tired of the same old things.  First up my trusty Kwik Sew 3419 with long sleeves and the knit from Fabric.com, which was a dream to sew.
Here is myoriginal review if you want to see the changes I made.

The neckline

The top, I fill out the chest better than my dressform!

I just cut out a Christine Jonson's pattern and that is my next project.

  10. I saw that fabric on fabric.com and wondered how it would look made up - Beautifully! Which is the appropriate word for your top!

  11. I would like to learn how to do that kind of neck binding. Is it a bias trim you cut yourself? That is a foreign skill for me still!

I just sorted out all my knits into one box to keep moving forward with them. They are definitely the most useful things to be able to sew.
