The Twins are Teenagers

Happy 13th birthday to my twins.

Here they are at 2-1/2, aren't they so cute?

Here they are talking to Santa on the phone. They were 3 in this picture and I made both of the jumpers.

Not the best scan -I used the oval cutter from Creative Memories, way back when and these don't scan the best.

I can't believe they are 13, it brought tears to my eyes last night as I was telling them goodnight. They were all excited not to be 12 anymore and I was sad. They said, "Mom, you aren't going to cry are you?"

Well, back to work on the birthday dinner celebration. They are setting the table with the china.

They had a great birthday gift - snow day - no school. Their day was spent with their dad (my wonderful hubby) - shopping and going out for lunch. His birthday is tomorrow. He keeps talking about what a fun day it was.

I hope they had a great birthday - and that you all didn't get too much bad weather!

Happy Birthday to the twins! Thanks to the sewing lists many of us have watched them grow up in all the beautiful clothes you sewed for them over the years. Happy Birthday to your DH also.

  4. If you think 13 was sad, wait until they turn 16!!! On my daughter's 16th birthday I just stared at her and mumbled incredulously "You're 16!". Hope they had a very happy birthday!

Happy Birthday to your family. It seems as if they magically grow overnight from toddlers to teens and we wonder where the years went.

  7. That is so sweet! That must have been hard...now they are teenagers. What a great day, though, spending it with their daddy. :)

  8. They look adorable! Happy Birthday to them (I know I'm a little late but time has been so short that I can hardly catch up on everyone... Sorry for missing your daughters' Birthday)
