Recently I placed a couple of orders with Lyrical Fabrics and I am so happy with both orders
The fabric today is Cotton Sweater Waffle in Cream and it has such an interesting texture, not to mention it is 74" wide and the matching rib. This fabric is out of stock but there are other colors.
I went with Burda 6109, which I have made before and love it. Take a look at this pattern at the Minerva site
I just made it short sleeve to get the look I wanted. One thing you need to note, is the ribbing is cotton and not recovery, I really had to shorten the length for each application. In fact, I took off the neckline and shortened it by several inches.
Overall, this was a fun make. I did get in a hurry ordering this fabric and should of looked at my colors, cream is not one of my colors, the lagoon would have been a better color. Oh, well, it won't stop me from wearing it!
