Hudson Pants - June and Lu Fabrics

I have had this pattern for so long and just kept putting it off.  Now that I have a pair made not sure why I didn't do it sooner.

The True Bias Hudson Pants are so comfortable and just fun.  I used the same June and Lu fabric  that I used for my La Bella Donna Hoodie (Love Notion)

I did use the tutorial for the high rise alteration on the True Bias site and I am so happy with the rise, sits very comfortably.  I added 3 inches to the length, the pattern is drafted for 5'5" and I am 5'8".  This might be an inch to much but I really don't like when my pants are short.  

Sizing I went with an 8 and the fit is good.  I love how "finished" they look.  The rib knit as a trim on the pocket, the waistband and the drawstring tie.  Just combined make a great looking pair of joggers.
