Starting 2017 with a dress for Kaitlyn, Simplicity 8178
Back in July, I made myself this dress in a silk twill and Kaitlyn loved it. I gave the dress to her and she loves this dress, so I decided another one was needed. In a knit makes it more comfortable.

I added a snap for the silk twill and another one here, helps with modesty.
A look of the back, should of made sure it was on the dress form nicely!
Elastic waist photo. One thing I have adjusted on this pattern, is the wrap. I have shortened the bottom front of the wrap, brings the wrap into the body more. I have had to adjust it both times on the dresses and finally remembered to adjust the pattern piece!
This will be a great dress with tights, boots and a cardigan and then perfect in the summer, too.

So pretty - lucky girl! and I love your quilt. Nothing feels as good as a quilt for sleep :-)
