This fabric was purchases about 3 years ago for grandkid's Christmas pj bottoms, 5 yards total. It is a waffle knit, so soft and I think it came from Milly Mae Fabrics. I am over making the pj bottoms from this fabric, so went with my favorite mock turtleneck pattern, Simplicity 8982
I have made it 3 times before, check full details on those posts. I had my colors done this fall and red is one of them. I didn't have a red long sleeve t-shirt style top, so this is a good basic to add to my closet.
Plus, I am happy to have it to layer with this RTW Shacket but I am not sure Shackets are my thing. I gave one to a daughter just today, mainly because of the dominant orange color. We will see if I wear this one.
