Friday Fashion Inspiration - 27

Wow, I have been away for a long time with this post, sorry.  All, I can say is life is very crazy for many reasons that I won't go into but it looks like we may have turned the corner and calmness is coming.  I have a break at work, so here goes the first one in a month.
Today the focus is on jackets and I found all the inspiration at Ann Taylor

Add the contrast to the front, hem and sleeve hems (eliminating seam allowances) Then just finish the arm/sleeve on the right side instead of wrong side.  From the pattern envelope watch the shoulder width, it looks pretty wide on the model.

Moto Jacket time for fall, I know I have hit on this before, but really we all need one.  I do need one!
This one is from Ann Taylor,

but cannot find a pattern - help, please!

We do now, thanks to Amy,
For the last jacket (The denim one) use the Kwik-Sew Moto jacket pattern. Replace the zipper with button loops, add patch pockets & a tab on the sleeves.

  4. Thanks for the jacket inspirations - I have a boucle wool to make an embellished jacket in my stash. Really like the chambray jacket too!! will be on the lookout for a pattern seems a moto jacket pattern could work or a shirt pattern with some adjustments - something to be on the look out for.
