Chevron Quilt

Can you handle another baby quilt?  Kailtyn made this and I did the binding, so I helped a bit on this project.  Oh, wait, I bought the fabric, counts for a bit more, right?

I have had the chevron charm pack for quite some time, I purchased a solid charm pack and it coordinated with the chevron perfectly.  Add a solid and the chevron yardage to finish it up, the result a fun, bright and modern quilt.

I do believe it will go for a baby girl with the pinks.  We will have to make some boy quilts, I mailed my one and only boy quilt to a relative due in February.

Kaitlyn plans on making another baby quilt this weekend, I think she might have the sewing bug!

  1. You and your girls make so many beautiful quilts. I am curious, what is the cost involved with sending the quilt off to the long arm quilter to have the intricate designs sewn in? I keep saying I want to learn to quilt some day.

    1. Thanks, Andrea. My long arm quilter charges 1.5 cents per square inch.
