My 17 year old daughter is going to a National Softball Tournament the last week of July, well, actually, all of us are going. Yea, for vacation time. At these tournaments, each team has a sister team and they exchange gift bags. The parents provide the items for the bag and my daughter's sister team has 18. We couldn't leave out our own team, so gift bags for all of my daughter's teammates - 13 here. I didn't want to spend tons of money but what can you get that is a nice gift for $3 or less (my self-imposed budget). I searched some blogs and found this
Creative Little Daisy's keychain tutorial the perfect gift. I had some ribbons, some d rings, plenty of fabric. I just had to buy some ribbon, key rings and more d-rings.
Close-up of a few
All 36, yes, 36, thought the mom in charge of gift bags could decide if our girls get the softball (really baseball) ribbon ones or the assortment.
Fun gift, thanks Autum.

Garden Shots and Happy 4th of July
Daylily
Border by the house, coming along. Last year we had to have our foundation fixed and this area had to be totally replanted
Side border
Phlox
One of several pillows I made today for our front porch. Puppy loves to take them off the furniture!
Back border
Window
Coneflower and butterfly
Happy Independence Day
Thrift find, duck decoy with what I think are pencil holes. I was going to put several flags in the holes but my local Dollar General was all sold out of flags!
